Singer Seo In Young is set to remarry later this year, though her representatives have expressed deep concern over the influx of unchecked and speculative media coverage surrounding her fiancé.

On June 8, an official representing Seo In Young confirmed the news stating, "It is true that Seo In Young will be marrying CEO Choi Ji Hoon in the second half of this year."

Seo In Young's husband-to-be is Choi Ji Hoon, the CEO of the content creative enterprise NP, who is reportedly six years her senior.

NP is a Brand Experience (BE) company that handles integrated marketing communication projects, including XR content production and metaverse platforms. The company is currently expanding its business footprint by stepping into the production of its own original short-form drama content.

Because Choi Ji Hoon is a prominent businessman, photos of him from past media interviews and official corporate events have been spreading rapidly across online communities and social media platforms.

Regarding this sudden spotlight, Seo In Young’s representative commented, "We plan to coordinate with both parties and release a formalized statement in the near future." The representative added a protective request, saying, "We respectfully ask the media to refrain from publishing indiscriminate, derivative articles about a private individual."

Seo In Young previously married a non-celebrity businessman in 2023 but announced their split a year later.
