Shinji opens up about her health after dropping to 43kg due to emotional stress

Shinji, a member of the legendary co-ed group Koyote, has updated fans with a series of stunning new photos, showcasing her radiant beauty alongside an open confession about her recent weight loss.

On June 19, Shinji took to her personal social media account to post several photos with the caption, "Having fun at work again today."

In the released photographs, Shinji sports a chic short hairstyle paired with an off-the-shoulder dress, radiating a lively and lovely aura. Her signature bright energy and natural smile instantly captured the attention of fans. In other photos, she opted for a white dress that highlighted an elegant, pure charm, turning heads with her small facial features, slender waist, and prominent collarbones.

Meanwhile, Shinji tied the knot with fellow singer Moon Won on May 2.

Recently, she candidly opened up about her post-marriage health status through her YouTube channel ‘How About Shinji’. "I lost a massive amount of weight after getting married. My health took a downturn, and the weight just dropped off abnormally fast," she revealed.

She further explained, "I am 164cm tall, but my weight dropped all the way down to 43kg. I even saw 42.9kg on the scale. This happened even though I was eating well." Sharing the heartbreaking reality behind the change, she added, "Mental and emotional stress truly is the most immediate trigger for weight loss," drawing deep concern and supportive messages from her long-time followers.
