Hyolyn has been discharged from hospital after a 10-day stay following a sudden health issue, her agency ReH Entertainment confirmed on June 5.
According to the agency, Hyolyn completed discharge procedures on the same day after her condition improved, and is currently recovering at her residence.
Hyolyn was urgently transported to a hospital on May 27 while preparing for a scheduled appearance at a festival in Taipei, Taiwan, after experiencing unexpected health complications. ReH Entertainment previously stated that she was admitted based on medical advice and has since been receiving treatment and rest.
Due to her hospitalisation, all of Hyolyn’s planned activities in Taiwan were cancelled.
Debuting in June 2010 as a member of the girl group SISTAR, Hyolyn gained widespread popularity with hit tracks including “Alone,” “I Swear,” “Loving U,” “Touch My Body,” and “Shake It.”
The singer is currently preparing for a comeback scheduled for the second half of the year.
