Stray Kids have surged to the top of global music charts immediately following the release of their new digital single, 'RUN IT.'
The group released the track on June 24, and it quickly climbed to No. 1 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart.
“RUN IT” also reached the top spot on the European iTunes Song Chart and topped iTunes Top Songs charts in 41 countries and regions, including the United States and Australia.
The music video for the title track of the same name has also gained significant traction. Shortly after its release, it ranked No. 1 on YouTube Music Video Trending charts in 34 countries and regions around the world.
Stray Kids are set to kick off full-scale promotions with “RUN IT.” Beginning next month, the group will launch its new world tour with concerts at the KSPO Dome in Seoul’s Songpa District.
The tour will mark another major milestone for the group, as they become the first overseas male artist to perform at Japan’s National Stadium in Tokyo. They will also visit cities including Nagoya, Osaka, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids are scheduled to release their 10th mini album, 'THIS & THAT,' on Aug. 7. The album will include “RUN IT” among its tracks.
