Lee Haru, the daughter of Epik High's Tablo, has participated as a lyricist for the upcoming title track of the K-Pop boy group RIIZE.
According to music industry insiders on June 8, Lee Haru participated as the sole lyricist for the title track of RIIZE's upcoming new album.
RIIZE is scheduled to release their second mini-album, II (Two), on June 15. Lee Haru caught the public's attention by being credited as the lone lyricist for the album's title track, "Do Your Dance."
This project is drawing significant attention as it marks Lee Haru's very first time handling lyrics entirely on her own. She previously showcased her musical talent by co-writing the track "To Me From Me" by KiiiKiii alongside her father, Tablo. While that previous project proved her potential through a collaboration, her solo lyrical debut this time around is raising high expectations for her artistic growth.
Born in 2010, the daughter of Tablo and actress Kang Hye Jung first captured the public's heart as a child when she appeared with her father on the KBS2 variety show The Return of Superman. As she expands her horizons into becoming a fully-fledged lyricist, the public is watching her journey with great interest.
Recently, Tablo revealed through a YouTube appearance that Lee Haru is currently preparing for her SAT and AP exams in preparation for college admissions.
Meanwhile, RIIZE's upcoming album Two will feature a diverse tracklist, anchored by the title track "Do Your Dance."
