Group TWS has achieved another major milestone in Japan, earning its fifth certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).
According to Pledis Entertainment on June 10 KST, TWS’ fifth mini album ‘NO TRAGEDY’ surpassed 250,000 shipments in Japan during its release month of May, receiving a Platinum certification from the RIAJ.
The achievement marks the group’s second Platinum certification in Japan, following its Japanese debut single ‘Nice to see you again’ (original title: Hajimemashite), released in July 2025. It also represents TWS’ fifth overall appearance on the RIAJ Gold Disc certification list.
The latest accomplishment further highlights the group’s growing popularity in the Japanese market and reinforces its status as one of the rising names among next-generation K-pop acts.
Later this month, the group will kick off its Asia tour with ‘2026 TWS TOUR “24/7:FOR:YOU” IN SEOUL,’ scheduled for June 27 and 28 at KSPO DOME in Seoul’s Olympic Park.
With strong album sales, expanding international recognition, and a major tour on the horizon, TWS continues to build an impressive global presence.
