Wanna One's Park Woo Jin shifts gears into acting with short form romance drama

Park Woo Jin of Wanna One and AB6IX will be expanding his career into acting under his new agency, PARAMUSIC.

According to reports on June 19 KST, Park Woo Jin was recently cast as the male lead in a new short form drama titled 'My Love Story That I Don't Know'. The production, directed by Han Sang Il, tells the story of a girl who loses all memories of her love life. Park Woo Jin has been cast as the character Seo Ki Tak, a gentle and dedicated boyfriend who has been erased from the memories of his girlfriend. 

Park Woo Jin made his acting debut last year in the short form drama 'First Time'. His return to acting also marks his first career move after his relocation to PARAMUSIC. Earlier this month, Park Woo Jin formally parted ways with his debut label, Brand New Music, following the expiration of his exclusive contract. He then relocated to PARAMUSIC, a subsidiary of Brand New Music focusing on the K-Pop industry. 

Meanwhile, portions of Han Sang Il's 'My Love Story That I Don't Know' will be revealed through the ongoing ENA content survival series 'Director's Arena' on June 19 at 11 AM KST. 'Director's Arena' is a survival program aimed at discovering the next generation of short form content directors.
