Legendary K-pop group BIGBANG is giving fans another chance to see them live after their upcoming Goyang concerts sold out at incredible speed. On July 7, YG Entertainment announced that additional seats will be made available for the 'BIGBANG 2026 WORLD TOUR IN GOYANG'.
The initial ticket release demonstrated BIGBANG's immense and unwavering popularity. Following a swift sell-out of the fan club pre-sale, the general sale for all three concert dates sold out in a mere 22 minutes. The sale drew approximately 210,000 concurrent users, reportedly the highest traffic for a single domestic performance or event in South Korea this year.
According to the agency, the newly available seats include those from cancellations, previously unreleased sections, and seats that became available due to adjustments in the venue's operational plan. Fans will now have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the floor section as well as parts of the second and third floors.
The sale for these additional tickets is expected to be highly competitive. A pre-sale for verified members of the official fan club, V.I.P, will be held on July 13. The general sale for the remaining tickets will take place on July 14. Domestic fans can purchase tickets via the Coupang Play mobile app at 8 PM KST, while global fans can use NOL World starting at 9 PM KST. There is a limit of two tickets per person, per show, including any previously purchased tickets.
These concerts, scheduled from August 21 to 23 at the Goyang Stadium, will kick off BIGBANG's 20th-anniversary world tour. This marks the group's first global tour in about nine years, with plans to perform 32 shows across 18 cities in North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia, visiting large-scale stadiums and domes worldwide.
