Netflix's superpower comedy adventure series 'The WONDERfools' has confirmed its May premiere.
'The WONDERfools' takes place in 1999, when four ordinary civilians in a small town neighborhood suddenly acquire superpowers. They must team up to defend the world from evil.
A highly-anticipated reunion project featuring actress Park Eun Bin and director Yoo In Sik of 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo', the story revolves around Eun Chae Ni (Park Eun Bin), Lee Woon Jung (Cha Eun Woo), Son Kyung Hoon (Choi Dae Hoon), and Kang Ro Bin (Lim Sung Jae), who make up 'TEAM WONDERfools'.
The series' release announcement comes approximately a week after one of its lead actors, Cha Eun Woo, put an end to his tax evasion controversy by paying over 13 billion KRW in due taxes.
Find out how these four super powerful fools will protect the city of Haeseong on May 15.
