SEVENTEEN’s new subunit V8, Vernon and The8, drops sleek 'time to CHECK OUT' teaser video

V8, the highly anticipated new subunit of the global powerhouse group SEVENTEEN consisting of members Vernon and The8, has raised anticipation with the release of a new teaser video titled "time to CHECK OUT."

The teaser shows sleek aesthetic that highlights the distinct individual styles of Vernon and The8 while teasing a seamless artistic synergy between the two. Filled with sharp visuals and a mysterious, intriguing tone, the clip serves as a powerful countdown to their official unit debut.

Named after the high-powered 8-cylinder engine, V8 symbolizes the duo's unstoppable momentum and unique creative drive. 

Notably, the album features heavy-hitting global collaborations, including a title track co-composed with German DJ Mechatok and a b-side track produced by the 14-time Grammy winner Pharrell Williams.

The mini album V8 is scheduled to drop officially on June 29 at 6 PM KST, followed by their first-ever solo unit concerts in July.
