
The bodyguard from the group NCT Dream has been sent to prosecution.
The Incheon International Airport Police Department confirmed on May 23 that they had taken legal action against a bodyguard in his 30s, who had allegedly pushed and injured a female fan.
The incident occurred at around 7:00 PM back on February 20 near the arrival gate on the 3rd floor of Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal 1. The accused bodyguard is believed to have forcefully pushed a female fan in her 30s while attempting to protect the idol group NCT Dream.

The video capturing the altercation between the bodyguard and the fan recently surfaced online, igniting controversy across various social media platforms and online communities. Many viewers expressed their astonishment at the excessive force used by the bodyguard with comments such as "She wasn't even close to them and he aggressively pushed her" and "The force behind that push was overwhelming." Many netizens were also concerned about the female fan's injuries.
As expected by netizens, the female fan hit a wall and was subsequently diagnosed with fractured ribs, resulting in hospital treatment for five weeks. The female fan filed a legal complaint against the bodyguard, leading to an investigation by the police.
A police official involved in the case stated, "Following the complaint, our investigation has substantiated the charges against the accused individual." As a result, the bodyguard has been handed over to the prosecution for further legal proceedings.
