Recent revelations of Min Hee Jin's alleged derogatory KakaoTalk messages about NewJeans and their fans have shifted some of the public opinion, with many criticizing her for not genuinely caring about the group.

One netizen highlighted Min Hee Jin's actions, from establishing the image of being "NewJeans' Mom" to the press conference aimed at solidifying the notion that NewJeans cannot succeed without her.
