Song Joong Ki's wife Katy Saunders draws praise after public outing

Actor Song Joong Ki and his wife Katy Louise Saunders have drawn attention following a rare public appearance together.

The couple attended the Gaon Soloists’ 7th regular concert “Kinderszenen” held on April 18 at the IBK Chamber Hall of Seoul Arts Center. It marked their first official appearance together as a married couple.

The event was also attended by musical actor Kim So Hyun and broadcaster Jang Sung Kyu, among others. Katy Saunders, in particular, drew attention for her elegant presence, with many noting her striking visuals.

After the performance, Kim So Hyun shared photos on social media and described Katy as “kind and beautiful,” capturing a candid moment where she appeared visibly impressed.

Jang Sung Kyu also commented on the couple’s presence, praising their participation in the event.

Despite standing slightly away from the center out of respect for the performers, Song Joong Ki and Katy Saunders naturally stood out.

Song Joong Ki married Katy Louise Saunders, a former British actor, in 2023, and the couple has two children together.
