Students of School of Performing Arts Seoul (SOPA) raised their voice against injustice.
On February 17, a video clip was uploaded by a group of students from SOPA who sang of the recent allegations involving the principal of SOPA. The song was an original musical piece criticizing the ongoing exploitation at the school, an exposure to report the "damage and unfairness" of the system.
The clip begins with the phrase "this video has been created to advocate for the student victims," followed by a male student who speaks, "first of all, I would like to apologize in the name of God for defaming the name of honor of the school."
The student continues, "I want to expose the reason for posting on social media (regarding this issue)."
As the musical unfolds, the lyrics expose the alleged injustice faced by underage students, listing all the illegal acts of the principal's administration as reported previously. At the end of the video, the list goes on in text form, with a special request to the Seoul Office of Education to continue their investigation into the claimed offenses.
