This was done during the ceremony of the completion of training, and Jimin got go up to the podium to take oath on behalf of other trainees.
This kind of commendation is usually given to the trainee that attains the highest overall marks and thus rank 1st in all assessments during the training period. The award grants him eligibility for benefits such as one month early promotion and 4 nights of vacation to be used in his home base.
